North American Agresso Business World users can now cut manual data entry using V1 Document Management's integrated solutions
V1 Document Management recently announces that it has entered into a partnership agreement with UNIT4 Business Software, the North American subsidiary of UNIT4, the world's leading provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for fast changing organizations.
Under the terms of this partnership, Agresso Business World customers can now access V1 Document Management's integrated electronic document imaging and data capture solutions. These solutions streamline the purchase-to-pay process by enabling the electronic storage and automated processing of vendor invoices, reducing manual data entry by up to 80 percent.
Using V1 Document Management's solutions, vendor invoices are imaged using a high powered scanner, linked to the relevant transactions in Agresso Business World and then automatically routed for payment authorization by Agresso's workflow functionality. At the same time, the vendor invoice data is automatically captured and verified before being uploaded to Agresso.
