Scan-Optics Access Services provides complete hardware and field service support for a wide variety both S-O and third party page scanners, wide format scanners and office equipment. Partner list inlcudes Canon USA, Fujitsu, Vidar, Colortrac, Contex, Graphtec, Visionshape, Digital Check, Axiome, Bell & Howell.

Access Services is the IT field service and support division of Scan-Optics, Inc. an innovator and solution provider in the information management and imaging business. With over 35 years experience supporting the IT hardware and software requirements of Scan-Optics' customers, Access Services provides maximum IT equipment uptime at the lowest possible cost.

Field Service Support Nationwide

  • Full Coverage: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday with options to extend coverage up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Call Center: staffed by helpful, courteous, customer service representatives.
  • Technical Assistance Group: knowledgeable technical staff providing diagnosis and technical support.
  • Trained Field Service Engineers: located throughout the United States to provide your customers with fast on-site repair of your products.

Access Services offers a wide range of comprehensive maintenance programs tailored for your specific requirements that will meet the needs of your most demanding customers. Normal response time to have a trained field service engineer at your customer's site is "next-business-day." Other programs such as "same-day-service," four hour response and extended hours of service coverage are also available by arrangement.
