San Diego Airport Selects General Networks To Implement Enterprise Content Management

The California ECM provider was chosen to implement a new enterprise content management system to support document and records management. The project will begin later this June.

Glendale, CA (PRWEB) - The San Diego County Airport Authority has selected General Networks Corporation of Glendale, California to implement the Authority's enterprise content management system. General Networks will use OpenText Content Suite as the software platform for managing and routing the Authority's documents. The Authority has budgeted $1.5M for the first three years of the project, which is starting in June, 2014.

Content Suite is 100 percent Web-enabled, and securely stores any digital document (including, PDF, TIFF, Microsoft Office documents, email, and multimedia objects), supports records management policies and procedures, version control, document check in/out, secure internal and external access, full-text searching, encryption, and batch import capabilities.
