Our Document EDI business solution is a digital bridge for document interchange. It automatically sends all your business documents, such as invoices, orders, and consignment notes, to and from your customers and suppliers as secure e-mail.

It eliminates paper, envelopes, postage, faxes, and other time consuming and costly means of communication. In combination with our other present and future business solutions it will provide much the same benefits as traditional EDI, but without the hassle or the cost.
ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for EDI consists of two parts:
Sender: A small, inexpensive, and easy-to-install piece of software which sends the information in an encrypted e-mail. It works just like a printer driver. Whenever you produce a document (for example an invoice) on your computer and press Print, the software discovers whether the recipient accepts electronic documents. If so, the document is sent electronically in an encrypted e-mail. If not, it is printed as usual.
Receiver: A ReadSoft DOCUMENTS system which receives the e-mail, confirms authenticity and integrity, captures the information and processes it.
