QUMAS Appoints Teddy Rosenberg to Board of Directors

QUMAS Chief Executive Officer, Paul Hands, commented, “The addition of Ms. Rosenberg to our board will be of great benefit to QUMAS. Teddy Rosenberg focuses on venture capital investing in enterprise software. Prior to joining CIBC Capital Partners, Ms. Rosenberg was General Manager of the Electronic Forms Business Unit of Delrina Corp., which was later acquired by Symantec Corp. Prior to that, Ms. Rosenberg spent several years with Xerox Corp. as vice president, software marketing. In addition, she served as vice president of marketing for Lucid, Inc., a start-up company in Silicon Valley.

Ms. Rosenberg is a director of OnePath Networks Inc., Chrysalis-ITS Inc., Clean Air Partners Inc., Thinq Learning Solutions, Inc., and B2e Markets, Inc. She is a graduate of the Honours Business Administration program at the University of Western Ontario, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
