Access and Reimbursement Services

ProPharma has a full suite of reimbursement support services to provide to drug manufacturers and medical device companies with support for their patient's therapeutic journey, including:

  • Patient Intake/Onboarding - Initiation of intake service via fax, phone, or online solutions.
  • Verification of Benefits – Provide support to verify patient eligibility for the patient’s prescribed therapy.
  • Prior Authorization Support - Facilitate the Prior Authorization process, if required, for the patient to qualify for coverage.
  • Appeals Support - Assist patients with the appeal process in the event of a Prior Authorization denial.
  • Copayment/Financial Assistance - Enable access to manufacturer copayment assistance and other financial vehicles including Medicaid enrollment, Extra Help & Charitable Foundations to help with the cost of therapy for patients.
  • Patient Assistance Programs – Provide patient eligibility checks and prescription processing for access to manufacturer-sponsored Patient Assistance Programs that provide therapy at no cost for eligible patients.
  • Patient Concierge Services – Support patients in arranging travel, lodging, and meals for patients who require therapy-related visits to treatment centers that are related to their therapy or treatment.
