Case Study: Paperless Initiative Boosts Compliance, Efficiency

The paperless office. It's a buzzword that's been used ad nauseam in ECM circles for years. Many consider the possibility of a paperless office to be a pipe dream, and in reality, most paperless office undertakings focus more on using "less paper" in the office rather than eliminating it altogether. However, one company — Copernicus Group IRB (CGIRB) — comes closer to epitomizing "the paperless office" in the truest sense of the term than any other company I've written about during my seven years covering the ECM space.
