Orbograph's Key-Pay solution provides a fresh, innovative and efficient way to remove the geographical boundaries linking people and their jobs. Acting as a "hub" for remote keying personnel, Key-Pay allows businesses of any kind to leverage cost-effective alternatives for the rapid and successful completion of their day-to-day item processing activities.

• After identifying a work unit (e.g. check, income tax return, medical record, etc.), the document is scanned and fed into the recognition engine on-site.
• OCR/ICR technologies then return recognition results from the image. Unreadable fields are separated and sent via secure Internet connection to our Key-Pay hub. (Note: Only unreadable fields are sent, thus ensuring security and anonymity.)
• Keyers - either employed by your organization or by an Orbograph Certified Keying Center – enter information based on the image. Their work is verified against the highest-confidence response of the OCR/ICR results to ensure accuracy.
• The manually keyed result is sent back to the local server where the document is reassembled and made complete.

Thanks to Key-Pay's versatility and flexibility, documents of virtually any kind can be processed - including free-form and semi-structured text.
