Novanis is a Liberty IMS partner and information technology integrator specializing in high-end system software and application development, with a primary focus on state and local government. Novanis has development and implementation expertise in LibertyNET Enterprise. LibertyNET Enterprise features a rapid application development environment known as Liberty Application Builder (LAB). The LAB is a rapid business process automation toolset directly integrated within LibertyNET Enterprise. Novanis builds business process automation solutions in LAB based on unique customer requirements, including solutions for meeting image based invoice processing requirements.

For the City of Murrieta, Novanis leveraged LAB experience to deliver an automated workflow for city invoice images as they enter the LibertyNET Enterprise system through two scanning stations, one featuring a Fujitsu 5750 scanner. Novanis and Liberty IMS also established a technical team to integrate the new paperless invoice system with the City's 3rd party accounting system.
