New Orleans CityBusiness Selects ReadSoft As One Of The Best Places To Work For Second Year In A Row
ReadSoft has been named one of the 2008 best places to work in the New Orleans metropolitan area by the top United States business publication based on readership, New Orleans CityBusiness.
Fifty companies were honored as best places to work at the CityBusiness December luncheon held in New Orleans, LA. A panel of CityBusiness and New Orleans Human Resources Management Association judges recognized 35 large companies and 15 small companies based on keeping staffs happy, motivated and well compensated. Hundreds of nominations were reviewed before the panel selected the honorees.
Companies were judged based on a scoring system that weighed benefits such as starting salary, health care, paid time off and employee programs. Additional intangibles were considered such as testimonials, morale programs and fun office activities.
