Middleby Acquires CP Packaging, Expands Offerings In Packaging Innovation

The Middleby Corporation today announced the acquisition of CP Packaging, a manufacturer of advanced high-speed vacuum packaging equipment. Based in Appleton, Wisconsin, CP Packaging has annual sales of approximately $15M.
