4.9 – 6.0 GHz Low Noise Amplifiers: GRF25XX Series
Guerrilla RF presents the new GRF25XX Series of low noise amplifiers (LNAs) designed to minimize the cascaded noise figure (NF) of an entire receiver to best preserve the signal to noise ratio (SNR) at the receiver input. With industry leading NF, gain, and linearity, these devices can be combined with internal matching to achieve superior 802.11 a/n/ac performance with minimal external part count.
All GRF25XX Series devices operate within the 4.9 to 6.0 GHz range, and utilize a 1.5 x 1.5 mm DFN package and evaluation board. The following amplifiers are ideal solutions for enterprise/carrier-class Wi-Fi access points that need to achieve the highest levels of RF performance:
GRF2500:
- Low NF of 0.6 dB
- 11 dB gain
- Optimal for applications requiring superior cascaded NF combined with high input reference linearity
- Well suited for WLAN transceivers
GRF2501:
- Low NF of 0.75 dB
- 16 dB gain
- Optimal for WLAN transceivers needing high LNA gain to overtake the NF of the receive chain
GRF2561:
- Low NF and high gain
- Patented Guerrilla Armor™ technology
- Optimal for radios with high transmitter power leaking into the LNA input
