MultiServ selected the LibertyNET electronic document management solution for electronic Accounts Payable invoice processing. The hundreds of invoices received each day at the Pittsburgh office are now being sorted and distributed to A/P clerks for data entry into the JD Edwards World system for invoice submittal. Before committing the keyed field data to the JD Edwards World system, the A/P clerk invokes a hotkey combination which initiates LibertyNET to scan the invoice via a locally-attached scanner.
