Kofax Names Capture Industry Veteran As Senior Vice President Of Applications Software Sales — Asia Pacific

BASINGSTOKE, England--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kofax plc (LSE: KFX), the leading provider of Intelligent Capture & Exchange solutions, today announced the appointment of Peter Murray as its Senior Vice President of Applications Software Sales - Asia Pacific. Murray will oversee the region's sales and services functions in alignment with the company's hybrid go-to-market business model, which supports both direct engagements and indirect sales through channel partners. He reports to Alan Kerr, Executive Vice President of Field Operations.

"Peter is a skilled, experienced manager and leader who will significantly strengthen the company's sales and services performance in Asia Pacific and ensure that we are on point with our go-to-market strategy in that region," Kerr said. Prior to joining Kofax, Murray was most recently Vice President of Sales and Operations for Asia Pacific and Japan at EMC / Captiva where he was responsible for capture product sales and services in those regions. Before that, he served in senior sales management positions at Veritas Software, Openvision, Optimum Software and Sterling Software.
