Kofax Appoints Reynolds Bish as CEO

DICOM Group plc ("DICOM Group"), a global leader of Intelligent Capture & Exchange solutions, announced the appointment of Reynolds Carl Bish (aged 55), as Chief Executive Officer. Reynolds succeeds Rob Klatell, current CEO, with immediate effect. Rob Klatell will retire as Director following the AGM on 13 November 2007.

Reynolds, a US Citizen, has been active in enterprise software markets for more than 20 years. In 1989, he co-founded Captiva Software Corporation, which became a leading provider of input management solutions and a NASDAQ listed company (CPTV). He served as Captiva's President and CEO until its acquisition by EMC Corporation in December 2005. He then served as Vice President of EMC's Enterprise Software Group until June 2006 when he resigned to take a sabbatical.

Prior to Captiva, Reynolds was President and CEO of Unibase Systems, Inc., the first company to provide data entry systems on industry standard, open platforms. He has served on the Board of Directors of many industry organisations such as the AeA, AIIM and AWPI and in 2003 was named Ernst & Young's Software Entrepreneur of the Year for the San Diego area.

Reynolds also holds the following Board directorships: Director and member of the Audit Committee of Iomega Corporation (NYSE: IOM), a leading provider of portable data storage products, since May 2006 and Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of I-Many, Inc. , a leading provider of contract management software, since February 2006.

Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University.

There are no further details to be disclosed under paragraph 16.4 or 6.F.2(b) to (g) of the Listing Rules of the London Stock Exchange.

Reynolds Bish will be granted 483,723 shares under the recently approved Long Term Incentive Plan scheme. The shares will be released after a three year performance period, the number of shares to be released will depend upon the company's performance. In addition, he will be granted 700,000 options with an exercise price of 198.75p which vest over a four year period.

DICOM Group will issue an Interim Management Statement which covers the period from 1 July to 30 September 2007, in advance of its Annual General Meeting on 13 November 2007.
