Kofax Appoints Industry Veteran As Vice President Of Technical Services
James Hendrickson Brings More than Two Decades of Executive Management Experience in Technology and Support Services for Customers
Irvine, CA - Kofax plc, the leading provider of Intelligent Capture & Exchange solutions, recently announced the appointment of James Hendrickson as its Vice President of Technical Services. Hendrickson will oversee the delivery of technical telephone support, maintenance and related services for all Kofax software products and solutions on a global basis in alignment with Kofax's hybrid go-to-market model, which supports both direct customer engagements and indirect sales through channel partners. He reports to Alan Kerr, Executive Vice President of Field Operations, and works out of the company's operating headquarters in Irvine, California.

Prior to joining Kofax, Hendrickson served as Vice President of Advisory Services with the Service and Support Professionals Association (SSPA), the largest industry trade group for technology service and support professionals. Before that, he was Vice President of Global Accounts and Customer Services with Agentis Software, Inc., an early-stage application development platform business, and Vice President of Americas Customer Support with BEA Systems, Inc., a $1 billion enterprise software infrastructure company. Hendrickson has also served in senior sales, marketing and technical support positions with JFH Associates, Informix Software, Inc., International Customer Solutions, Inc. and IBM Corporation.
