KODAK Capture Pro Software Adds Zero-Cost, Direct Integration For FileBound Document Management System

Users of KODAK Capture Pro Software can now scan documents instantly into the FileBound Document Management System, free of charge. The seamless integration between Capture Pro Software and FileBound Document Management System allows users to more easily access and input information to a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution. Added features help businesses establish a total end-to-end strategy, which moves information management closer to the initial point of capture. This system also helps customers decrease costs associated with upfront installation, employee training and long-term maintenance.

"To remain competitive, businesses need cost effective ways to manage their documents and increase daily productivity," said Rex Lamb, President, FileBound, Inc. "Capture Pro Software and the FileBound Document Management System provide multiple tools to streamline critical information and expedite employee and customer communications."

FileBound Document Management Solution helps organizations strengthen users' abilities to find, control, optimize and protect information. These capabilities are important for a variety of critical needs, including security, disaster recovery, distributed access, document distribution, and compliance standards.

"Many of our customers are beginning to rely upon web based, software as a service (SaaS) solutions to help automate information-driven processes," said Brian Bagan, Director, Business Development, United States and Canada, Document Imaging, Kodak's Business Solutions and Services Group.
