All documents coming into a company will trigger various work processes in the course of their lifecycle. However, the papers first need to be recorded, sorted, labelled and forwarded. Designed for a wide variety of different paper formats and qualities, the H-series units can process documents such as cheques, credit card vouchers, A5, A4 and A3 documents, US letter and US legal format documents in mixed batches. The documents are automatically sorted according to various criteria into up to 12 dispenser pockets, eliminating the need for time-consuming pre-sorting when mail is received.

The flexible H-series scanner/sorters are available with an extensive range of functions, speeds and additional options, tailored to meet individual customer requirements. This enables information to be delivered more quickly and in better quality to wherever it is needed. Up to six images can be generated simultaneously, providing real support for subsequent applications due to reliable recognition results and greater ease of processing.
