KeyMark Releases Beyond The Ledger V2.0

KeyMark, Inc is proud to announce the release of Beyond the Ledger v2.0 at Microsoft Convergence 2009 in New Orleans. Beyond the Ledger v2.0 is a turnkey document management solution for Small Business Accounts Payable departments. Implementing in just days, Beyond the Ledger integrates with the Microsoft Dynamics suite allowing one-click access to related Accounts Payable documents directly from a Dynamics screen.

Beyond the Ledger leverages best-of-breed solutions including: Microsoft SharePoint, Fujitsu Computer Products, NSI and Knowledge Lake. It allows an organization to scan paper Accounts Payable documents (invoices, packing slips, etc.) validate indexing information against the Dynamics database, and make them accessible to users through a one-button integration inside the Dynamics interface.

The Beyond the Ledger solution provides a rapid implementation, which allows the user to begin achieving the process efficiency benefits and hard dollar savings associated with paperless Accounts Payable processes.
