Imaging Solutions: Canon U.S.A. Integrates The Operations Of Its Canon Business Solutions Regional Subsidiaries Under One Entity
To better leverage the strength and expertise of its family of Canon Business Solutions subsidiaries, Canon U.S.A., Inc, recently announced the establishment of Canon Business Solutions, Inc. The new Canon Business Solutions, Inc., results from the merger of Canon Business Solutions-East, Inc., Canon Business Solutions-Central, Inc., and Canon Business Solutions-West, Inc., to form one corporate entity.
The formation of Canon Business Solutions, Inc., is the culmination of a year-long initiative to streamline internal processes and integrate best practices across all functional areas of the company to better serve and meet the growing needs of customers locally, regionally and nationally. Canon Business Solutions, Inc., will continue to operate in the regions of the former Canon Business Solutions East, Central and West subsidiaries.
