IDEAL Names Kodak Service & Support Exclusive U.S. Service Provider for Contex Scanners

ROCHESTER, N.Y. - October 14, 2003 - IDEAL has named Kodak Service & Support
exclusive U.S. service provider for its large-format Contex scanners. Under the
agreement, Kodak Service & Support will provide both warranty and post-warranty
service, which includes onsite maintenance as well as installation support.

Kodak will support a total of 19 Contex products, including a full range of
25- to 50-inch wide large-format scanner models with multiple configurations.
These scanners incorporate advanced imaging technology for high-quality color
and monochrome scanning and copying applications for use in the reprographics,
computer-aided design, geographic information systems, and graphic arts
markets. In addition, the scanners have applications for document archival,
copy ships, POP/exhibit providers, pre-press, sign and billboard production,
and architecture and engineering offices.
