Georgia Expands Simplifile E-Recording In Floyd County

The Floyd County Superior Court Clerk’s office is now accepting electronic real estate documents for recording through Simplifile, providing customers with a faster, paperless way to record documents with the county.

The county will be holding an e-recording kick-off meeting on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, in the Floyd County Superior Court Deed Room in Rome, Ga., at 10 a.m. Simplifile representative Randy Johnstone will be in attendance to demonstrate the system and answer questions for new users.
