Enterprise Financial Services Corp Selects Perceptive Software For Process And Content Management Solutions
Enterprise will initially deploy Perceptive Software solutions to improve efficiencies in loan operations, wealth management and retention management
Perceptive Software, creator of process and content management products and solutions, including intelligent data capture, announced recently that Enterprise Financial Services Corp, with headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, has selected Perceptive Software solutions to deploy throughout their multi-state organization to meet expanding process and content management needs.
Enterprise Financial operates commercial banking and wealth management businesses in metropolitan St. Louis, Kansas City, and Phoenix. Enterprise is primarily focused on serving the needs of privately held businesses, their owner families, executives and professionals. Recently, the organization acquired The First National Bank of Olathe, a long term Perceptive Software customer. First National employees demonstrated a high level of adoption and satisfaction with Perceptive Software, which led Enterprise to seriously consider the offering.

Enterprise had a need to convert their existing loan imaging platforms to a more enterprise-level solution that could deliver new capabilities and a strong workflow engine in order to meet Enterprise’s expanding needs. With Perceptive Software, they will be implementing new workflows and retention programs, converting their deposits and wealth management over to Perceptive’s solutions and setting the foundation to build end-to-end integrations with existing systems.

We anticipate automation of our loan operations processes, greater visibility tying workflows and processes together, and a stronger, more automated retention program. Effectively managing purging of documents was a pain point for us before,” Rigsby said.
