Engineered Surface Tubing
Zeus offers Engineered Surface Tubing designed specifically for the neurostimulation treatment of Dystonia; a neurological movement disorder primarily related to Parkinson’s disease. This surface tubing features highly lubricated surfaces, making treatment delivery easier for surgeons and safer for patients.
The surface tubing is engineered in a process that enhances the lubricity on either the inner or outer (or both) surfaces of an extensive range of polymers including PEEK, FEP, PFA, PVDF, ETFE, and Nylon. Whether deploying neuromodulators into the spine or brain, or delivering electrical stimulation to the renal arteries through a guided catheter, the surface tubing decreases the friction and strain vital to these complex surgeries.
