EmailXtender Archive Edition™ reduces storage costs and increases server performance by migrating e-mail messages and attachments into a centralized message archive. EmailXtender Archive Edition increases message server performance by automatically migrating e-mail messages and attachments from Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Notes/Domino environments into a centralized message archive. Migration enables messaging server sizes to remain small, and to reduce storage costs and backup time. The archiving is completely transparent to users. As e-mail management requirements expand, organizations can easily upgrade to the full EmailXtender product.
EmailXtender® delivers the same capabilities as EmailXtender Archive Edition while also managing and retaining email as a record of business in order to achieve regulatory compliance and adherence to corporate retention policies.
