The eCopy Suite can transform color or black and white paper documents into information that is easily integrated with all of your business applications.

The eCopy Suite is a combination of both hardware and software that attaches to the scanner or digital copier. The eCopy Suite is comprised of:

eCopy ScanStation:
The eCopy ScanStation is a small-format touch screen that attaches easily to any imageRUNNER or document scanner. Depending on the capabilities of your device, scans can be either in color or in black and white.

To make an eCopy, simply place the paper document on the platen glass or in the imageRUNNER's automatic document feeder and choose one of several "send" options. Options are shown as easy to read icons on the eCopy ScanStation touch screen and include: Scan and Mail, Scan and Fax, Scan to Desktop, Scan to Printer, and Scan to Document Management System.

Custom "Scan to" buttons can also be created using the eCopy Quick Connect feature. For example, an eCopy ScanStation in a Human Resources department could have a "Scan to HR" button to input resumes in a specified folder on the network for later review.

Color documents are scanned with eCopy Xpert Compression Technology which reduces file size by more than 99% of the original size, while maintaining image quality. Files can then be easily transmitted across a network, digitally stored, and printed with superb text and image quality.

eCopy ShareScan:
eCopy ShareScan drives the eCopy ScanStation and serves eCopies to the network. eCopy ShareScan integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Windows and Novell Netware networks. Additionally, eCopy ShareScan enables connections into fax, e-mail, and document management applications from the device.

eCopy Desktop:
eCopy Desktop provides a powerful set of document workflow tools that enable individual users to treat eCopies of paper documents just like electronic files right from their desktop workstations.
