Drilling Down On Diversity And Feasibility

A medium-sized CRO initially approached Citeline for support in developing clinical trial Diversity Action Plans (DAPs). Rather than hiring an additional full-time employee to manage this growing requirement, the organization opted to explore third-party expertise that could deliver high-quality, compliant DAPs on demand.

During the discovery call, the CRO recognized an additional opportunity: leveraging Citeline’s feasibility services. Although the CRO has strong in-house capabilities across several core therapeutic areas (TAs) — including dermatology, oncology, and infectious disease — it periodically receives RFPs from sponsors in TAs where its internal expertise is more limited. To stay competitive and respond to these opportunities with confidence, the CRO sought a flexible, ad-hoc partnership with Citeline.

By tapping into Citeline’s subject-matter experts and robust global data assets, the CRO aimed to strengthen its feasibility assessments and enhance the quality and credibility of its proposals for sponsors, ultimately expanding its ability to pursue work beyond its traditional TA focus.
