DocuWare-SAP Seamless Integration

This was recently confirmed by SAP AG through its formal certification of the newest interface. The seamless link between DocuWare’s document management system and SAP’s ERP solution is guaranteed.

DocuWare 6, including its newest interface, has successfully completed all test phases and earned its "SAP Integration Certification" stamp of approval for the 12th year. This includes certification of such features as HTTP Content Server, OLE-Frontend, Barcode BAPI and Solution Manager Ready.

Retrieving Documents Directly from SAP
The DocuWare integration enhances SAP NetWeaver solutions with features for archiving documents and data using the SAP ArchiveLink interface. For example, incoming/outgoing documents, print lists, SAP archive files as well as PC files from applications like Microsoft Word or Excel can be stored directly out of the SAP system in the central document pool managed by DocuWare.

With this integration, documents can be retrieved in seconds, right out of the ERP solution – the user never has to leave the familiar interface. Business processes can be seamlessly integrated and handled more rapidly. In addition, DocuWare also gives users the ability to search for, display and print documents that exist outside of the SAP system.
