Document Strategy Forum To Produce Pre-Conference Workshop Focused On Developing A Blueprint For Business Process Management
EventEvolution Management Inc. producers' of DOCUMENT Strategy Forum, announces recently that it has entered into agreement with CRE8 Inc. to produce an all day pre-conference workshop on Wednesday, September 10, 2008.
The workshop will featured 5 hours of in-depth content focused on process innovations and paperless technology. Specifically, it will cover how process blueprinting can enhance the performance of the transactional document enterprise-wide via quality improvements, cost reduction, improved communication and agreement, customer service advancement, preparation for implementation of major computer systems, establishment of standards, compliance with new regulations, and employee training.
The workshop will be presented by nationally recognized industry speaker and consultant George Dunn, founder and president, CRE8 Inc. After twelve years in the industry with leading organizations such as Peat Marwick, Wang Labs, and GTE, Mr. Dunn founded CRE8 to help organizations blueprint, understand and redesign their operations and processes to become more effective and efficient.
