DocuLynx Partners With Braintribe To Provide Enterprise Content Integration Solution

DocuLynx 360 offers the best in content management and integration while keeping existing systems in place

DocuLynx, an industry-leading provider of end-to-end information archiving and content management systems, recently announced that it has partnered with Braintribe, a leader in service-oriented enterprise content integration solutions. Under the agreement, DocuLynx will extend its content management services with Braintribe’s tribefire CSP under the name DocuLynx 360.

Braintribe’s tribefire CSP offers seamless integration of data, content and workflow processes. It brings together legacy archives, social content, mobile access and web content through a single solution – all for 50% less than the cost of traditional enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. As a result of this partnership, DocuLynx 360 will be the only offering in the marketplace that enables organizations to leverage new technologies while keeping current systems in place.

“By linking together an organization’s structured and semi-structured data – with unstructured content such as email messages, pdf files, invoices, HR documents, etc. – DocuLynx 360 will improve workflow, collaboration and decision-making across the enterprise as well as within each line of business,” said Michael Liess, DocuLynx President and CEO. “Partnering with Braintribe will allow DocuLynx to enhance its industry-leading transactional content management systems. It will also allow us to provide our North American customers with unparalleled access to disparate sources of information easily, cost effectively and transparently.”

DocuLynx 360 integrates information across existing and legacy applications, from web forms, letters, emails, faxes, microfiche, social media and other content sources to provide organizations with a 360-degree view of their data, accessible from computers as well as mobile devices. Since back-end systems are left in place, DocuLynx 360 allows organizations to quickly implement a solution that provides access to their data in a single platform a fraction of the cost of current ECMs.

“Braintribe and DocuLynx offer highly complementary products and services. Customers all over the globe will benefit from this complete end-to-end solution – not just because it is seamless and efficient, but because it’s the only offering in the marketplace that enables organizations to leverage the latest technologies in information access while keeping their current systems in place,” said Stefan Ebner, CEO Braintribe.

The partnership will allow DocuLynx to expand the utilization of its docHaven and docHarbor cloud solutions. The agreement will benefit Braintribe by expanding its footprint in the North American market.
