St. Louis, MO (PRWEB) - Due to increasing demand and new client sales success, DataServ, a global Software as a Service (SaaS) enterprise content management (ECM) provider of document and process automation solutions, is expanding with the addition of five experienced professionals to its Information Technology Operations (ITO) and Digital Mailroom teams.

Justin Lee has been added to the ITO team as a Document Solution Specialist, a role that supports DataServ’s performance of important client document processing and instant accessibility through SaaS platform projects. Prior to DataServ, Lee served in a variety of technical positions at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in Business Administration.

Lee is accompanied on the ITO team by Johnathan Martin, who joins DataServ as a Computer Operator. In this position, Martin is responsible for providing technical support to DataServ clients around the globe, and he will identify, research, and resolve any technical issues a client may be experiencing. Martin comes to DataServ from Charter Communications, where he worked in phone and Internet repair. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Neb.

Erin Cox, Rhonda Nocito, and James Kurtz have been added to support roles in the DataServ Digital Mailroom, which combines optical character recognition (OCR) software with a five-step quality assurance review to routinely provide clients with over 99 percent clean invoice data.

“DataServ has welcomed a number of new clients over the past 12 months, and we are pleased to make these additional investments in new team members,” says DataServ CEO/Founder Jeff Haller. “We are also very positive about the great message these new hires send about the St. Louis technology environment and our contribution to establishing St. Louis as a premier location for innovation and growth.”
