Cabinet NG Extends Online Document Management To QuickBooks

Cabinet NG (CNG), provider of document management and workflow software, recently announced a complete document management solution that supports filing QuickBooks documents locally or in a hosted environment. When adding CNG-SAFE (CNG's Shared Access Filing Environment) to QuickBooks, businesses will have everything they need in their arsenal to increase productivity, reduce paper consumption, and meet compliance requirements.

QuickBooks 2010 starts you off with 100MB of storage, or roughly 4,000 pages of document storage. Additional storage can be applied in .1G increments. CNG's hosted version, CNG-ONLINE, comes with 5GB of storage and can be incremented in 1GB steps. When CNG-SAFE is installed at the customer's premises, documents are stored on the local server and storage is added by the user.
