Installation and qualification services
- Installation: Our trained engineers will install your equipment. If your installation is complex, our experienced project management team is ready to support you every step of the way.
- Network installation and data integration: Our trained engineers will perform network installation and data integration in accordance with the most relevant protocols. Once connected, we will complete the primary qualification activities before you begin research and manufacturing.
- Qualification - IQOQ: Our Installation Qualification (IQ) process confirms all parts meet specifications, requirements and intent. It’s all documented for your cGxP environment. Our Operational Qualification (OQ) protocol goes further. We’ll run a series of tests to prove that your equipment operates as intended. You get complete documentation for your compliance records, no guesswork, no gaps.
- Requalification and change control: Qualification isn’t a one-time event. When equipment gets moved, upgraded, or repaired, it needs requalification. We’ll help you stay compliant every step of the way. Our change control procedures manage any updates - hardware, software, or firmware - with Good Documentation Practice (cGDP)-compliant protocols.
