The company serves major institutional and private investors, supplying a range of asset management, property management, leasing and development services to over 100 clients, representing more than $17B in real estate investments.

Managing accounts payable processes across 50 office locations involved a time-consuming process of coding each invoice on a separate form, routing paper from desk to desk in one location, sending documents by courier to a central office for data entry, then sending documents to a head office to produce a check that was routed through again for signatures before being sent. Throughout the process, employees made multiple copies to retain records, creating an environment with duplicate copies, redundant data entry, an inability to track invoices and a turnaround time of up to 30 days.
