eCap is a data capture application that processes exception payments, including complex check and list transactions. eCap provides automated data capture for check and list processing in traditional retail payment processing environments, and data extraction from invoices or payment advises in the wholesale lockbox environment.

eCap includes intelligent image recognition features that automatically recognize images by certain attributes without requiring user intervention. Check and payment advises are automatically recognized without timely template setups. The only setup needed is a simple one time specification of the document type and a quick lasso of the data elements.
