ABBYY FlexiCapture Studio creates a formalized description of forms that have similar data but different layouts. This formalized description, called FlexiLayout, tells FormReader or the FineReader Engine how to look for a particular field: the program analyzes the form, finds objects that can be found and recognized without fail, and then uses these objects as reference to find the data fields and capture their contents.
