10 MHz – 67 GHz PIN Diode Switches

These switches features superior performance levels with high isolation up to 80 dB, fast switching speeds down to 50 nsec, insertion loss as low as 1 dB, and dual operating voltage ranges from -15 to -5 and +5 Vdc. Maximum RF input power handling varies from 0.1 to 1 watt (CW) depending on the model. All models are made available in rugged package designs that meet military grade environmental test conditions, and several models feature field replaceable connectors.
