Pegasus Imaging Acquires AccuSoft's Imaging Business
Pegasus® Imaging Corporation, the world leader in digital imaging technology, recently announces the acquisition of AccuSoft Corporation's imaging business in an eight-figure deal which includes the ImageGear® and NetVue® product lines. AccuSoft's powerful imaging products add significantly to Pegasus Imaging's wide portfolio of imaging solutions. With this acquisition, Pegasus Imaging enhances its position among the largest, most stable providers of digital imaging software development kits (SDKs) in the world. Both sets of customers and prospects are presented with a new opportunity to benefit from the stability, convenience, and flexibility the expanded company offers.

During the next 90 days, transition activities will focus primarily on supporting AccuSoft customers. They will receive a high level of service from Pegasus' best-in-class technical support organization and will be asked to provide feedback regarding their product needs and goals. Both AccuSoft and Pegasus customers will enjoy access to a broader range of imaging SDK products, technologies, and resources.
