Executive Opinion: Why Government Needs ECM

Let's face it. Government agencies aren't exactly known for being efficient. Just think about the stereotypical Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). You know what I mean. Long lines. Crabby workers. Incorrect and outdated information.

But times are changing. There's a groundswell within the public sector for an image makeover. And a big part of making this happen will involve better management of processes and corresponding documents.
