TRG Develops In-House Key Injection Capabilities, Establishes Retail Deployment Center And Launches TRG Payment Solutions

Technology Recovery Group (“TRG”) is pleased to announce that it has established an in-house key injection facility (encryption services) and 40,000 square foot Retail Deployment Center, and is launching its newest service offering, TRG Payment Solutions.

With the launch of Payment Solutions, TRG is now able to expand its industry-leading services from the DC to the retail storefront, providing cradle-to-grave, one-stop-shop solutions for its customers’ POS and payment processing needs. TRG’s offerings will help customers increase sales, enhance customer experience, strengthen transaction security, drive process efficiencies, improve lead times and reduce costs – and TRG’s flexibility as an organization will allow customers to roll-out deployments more quickly, economically and efficiently when compared to other providers in the industry.

TRG’s new Retail Deployment Center offers more than 40,000 square feet of additional space for staging, configuration and deployment. The building is located just down the street from TRG’s existing 80,000 square foot headquarters and is a strategic addition to the company’s footprint as it expands its technical capabilities and service offerings.

Based in Westlake, Ohio, TRG has experienced double digit year-over-year growth for more than 10 years by providing the most comprehensive suite of products and services to the mobile computing and barcode printing industry. From selling and servicing new or refurbished equipment to providing staging, configuration and deployment services to buying back customers’ legacy equipment – TRG has served as a complete, one-stop solution for its customers’ AIDC needs, and the company is thrilled to strengthen its capabilities in the POS and payment processing market.

“TRG Payment Solutions will be a game changer for our company, and for our customers as well,” said TRG President Sean Kennedy. “From the very beginning, we’ve redefined TRG to meet the needs of our customers, and our Payment Solutions practice is yet another example of that. We’re excited about what’s to come.”

Stephen Bochniarz, TRG’s Director of Payment Solutions, joined the company in January 2018 to establish its ESO key encryption facility, which is ANSI TR-39, PCI PIN version 2 and Visa

AOC (Attestation of Compliance) certified. Mr. Bochniarz is CTGA-certified, meaning he can audit and provide feedback on all PCI and secure data and key component environments.

“I was thrilled to join the TRG family,” said Mr. Bochniarz. “TRG is one of the few, if not the only, companies able to provide a one-stop solution in this space, and I’m excited to bundle our new POS and payment solutions with TRG’s industry-leading AIDC expertise.”

With the addition of its key encryption room, TRG can generate, inject, transfer and destruct payment terminal keys, credit/debit/PIN payment files. The company can also load payment terminals with other customer-specific files related to POS software, payment processors/gateway partners, ads/marketing messages and transaction flow.

To support these new capabilities, TRG has expanded its line card by establishing new strategic partnerships with leading providers of POS equipment and software, including NCR, Verifone, Ingenico, Toshiba, HP, Epson, ELO, iMobile 3, Partner Tech, Aurus and Zift.

TRG’s launch of Payment Solutions comes at a time when the company has already seen tremendous growth. TRG has hired more than 50 new employees in the last 12 months and experienced more than 30% growth in 2017.
