The electronic content organizations deal with on any given day includes a never-ending stream of emails and documents. No matter what the industry, one thing is certain – the volume of electronic data created and stored will increase, and it is expected to continue to grow at amazing rates for the foreseeable future.

As a hosted repository to many of the nation's top financial institutions, Viewpointe understands what financial institutions are wrestling with when it comes to managing all of this data. A single institution can have dozens of internal archives. It's overwhelming. And in today's regulatory environment, the pressure on banks to comply with data retention requirements is immense, with items such as customer account documents and employee emails consuming tremendous amounts of storage space.
