ChargeBottle® M is profiled with an optimal cone shape to maximize product flow and yield.

The versatile powder transfer container is autoclave and automatic lifting hoist compatible and can be used with sterilised in place (SIP) applications to make it suitable for use in aseptic processing.

There are a range of optional extras available such as vibration devices, fixed and modular handle grips.

ChargeBottle® MX

ChargeBottle® MX is a robust pressure rated bottle to suit a variety of specific process requirements with purge and viewing options suitable for aseptic processing.

Overview:

Our ChargeBottle® MX maximises product flow and its wet or dry flush ensures maximum yield recovery and excellent containment performance by providing a cleaner transfer through the ChargePoint® valve. Once the valve is separated this can improve containment results without the need for more advanced valve designs.

It is autoclave compatible and can be use with sterilised in place (SIP) applications to make it suitable for use in aseptic processing.

The ChargeBottle® P2 is specifically designed and manufactured using FDA compliant materials to use in pharma, chemical and food powder production.

The ChargeBottle® P2 is pressure rated for robust and varied applications and is also gamma stable for aseptic processing and its translucent HDPE structure ensures users have visual confirmation on transfer progress during use.

To further enhance the ChargeBottle® P2, there are optional extras available including vibration devices and optional wet/dry flush ports.
