Pharmaceutical Packaging: Glass Containers, Syringes, and Pens

Sensitive products, such as glass ampoules and syringes, require especially gentle and safe product handling, and a high degree of pack style flexibility. Our flexible cartoning solutions ensure that your products are securely packaged, in vertical or horizontal position or in multiple layers, with or without product holder. In addition, we offer optional versions with various opening aids, reclosure functions as well as tamper evidence applications. Sigpack TTMP
The TTMP topload cartoner has been especially developed for the gentle packaging of glass containers, syringes, pens and BFS vials. With a capacity of up to 200 cartons per minute, the TTMP is suitable for small and large product batches. Thanks to the quick and tool-free format change concept, different pack styles can be produced on one machine.

Eco | Save | Pack
Sideload cartoner solution: Protect the environment, save costs and ensure the optimal protection of your product: Eco | Save | Pack is an innovative packaging style completely based on carton board. The goal was to offer the pharmaceutical industry a sustainable secondary packaging system with the flexibility of handling various products.

The inlays are adapted to the specific products. They can be locked in place by clips, which prevents shifting and mutual contact, whereas back-ups are needed to lock contents in a plastic tray. The re-closable, folded carton and the easy removal of the product from the inlay make the packaging very easy to handle. Additionally, supplements such as patient information leaflets (PIL) in form of booklets, outserts or pre-folded inserts from a roll or sheet, can be inserted into the packaging. The single packaging material makes usage of a plastic tray obsolete. Consequently, no thermoforming machine is required.
