National Youth Advocate Program, Inc. (NYAP) Selects docSTAR eclipse Enterprise Content Management And Smart AP Automation

NYAP to Integrate docSTAR eclipse with MS Dynamics GP

Schenectady, NY (Marketwired) - docSTAR, an award-winning developer of enterprise content management and automated accounts payable solutions announced today that the National Youth Advocate Program, a private, not-for-profit youth advocacy organization that currently serves youth and families in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, South Carolina and West Virginia has purchased docSTAR eclipse Enterprise Content Management and Smart AP Automation as a SAAS hosted solution to gain efficiencies in accounting and financial functions. With 50 offices across the US, NYAP will implement docSTAR eclipse Enterprise Content Management and Smart AP Automation to manage invoices and associated approvals to increase efficiency.

"NYAP reviewed four other solutions and chose docSTAR eclipse because of its flexibility, ease of use, intuitive user interface and no upfront capital investment. Everyone will be able to view data in the system, whether they're at our office in Columbus Ohio or Chicago, or Deerfield Beach Florida," said Rich Hartigan, NYAP's Controller. "We expect it to streamline our processes, reduce errors and allow invoices to be easily shared across the organization."

NYAP's initial implementation will allow for the scanning and indexing of invoices into docSTAR eclipse to provide more visibility and control of their invoice approval processes. NYAP currently has nine (9) companies configured in Microsoft Dynamics GP and will need to route invoices to employees in each company.

NYAP will also implement docSTAR's Intelligent Data Capture (IDC) technology. Header/footer data will be indexed and invoices will be automatically routed for approval. All data captured will be automatically uploaded into their Microsoft Dynamics GP enterprise accounting system to eliminate redundant data entry, saving hours of manual data entry every month. After approval, the invoice will be routed back for payment.

Initial roll-out of the docSTAR eclipse solution will be at NYAP's Ohio locations with roll out to remaining locations throughout 2016.
