Many businesses still store hundreds or even thousands of lifeblood paper documents in filing cabinets and boxes. Business owners and managers need to be asking themselves: "Are our documents easily accessible? Is haphazard, scattered storage impeding workflow and productivity?"

Paperless offices have the advantage of providing safe, secure and reliable access to information while reducing storage space requirements and costs.
