DocuWare Group Introduces New Partner Program Working Together For Global Market Leadership

As part of its long-term growth strategy, DocuWare, a global leader in Document Management Solutions (DMS), unveiled a redesign of its Partner Program that builds on innovative new methods and ambitious goals. The software producer remains committed to its Partners and channel business for the future.

The ECM (Enterprise Content Management) market offers tremendous opportunities. To take advantage of these in the coming years together with its sales Partners, as well as fortify its position as one of the leading ECM providers worldwide of solutions tailored to mid-sized companies, DocuWare has optimized its Partner Program. In contrast to many of its competitors, DocuWare believes its Partner business is a key growth engine for the future.

At the heart of the program are four Partner Levels: Basic, Silver, Gold and Platinum. These levels can be achieved by an Authorized DocuWare Partner through two methods, either via sales or sales activities. This demonstrates that DocuWare honors the commitment and success of its sales Partners even more than before.

As the world's first software company to do so, DocuWare will recognize clearly defined sales activities - regardless of final sales success – as one approach for achieving a specific Partner status. This is particularly helpful for new or smaller vendors to develop their DMS business; they can benefit from the outset from a higher Partner status.

The annual revenue and activity targets comprising the new Partner Program are already laid out through 2016 in order to anticipate expected market developments and give DocuWare‘s Partners time to plan.

"DMS will be a mainstream application in the coming years. The new Partner Program – together with our new release, DocuWare Version 6 – gives us an excellent starting position to seize this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity together with our Partners. At this juncture, over 70% of all mid-sized companies still do not have a DMS in place – that’s huge potential," says Steve Behm, Vice President Sales at DocuWare Corporation.
