Celanex® MT® PBT 2406MT GF20 is a tribologically modified PBT+PET grade reinforced with 20% glass fiber. It offers excellent strength and stiffness and provides noise-free sliding against itself, other plastic materials, or metals thanks to the stick-slip phenomenon.

The PET acts like an outer shell, keeping the glass filler away from the surface of the product and reducing friction. This grade is suitable for Class I, Class II, and Class III medical device applications that require materials with excellent mechanical and tribological properties.
