East Windsor, NJ (PRWEB) - After an extensive vendor selection process, Care Compass Network (CCN) selected the SpectraMedix Platform™ to help transform care delivery for the Medicaid population across its nine-county region in New York State. The platform’s population health management capabilities will enable CCN to take in and utilize data from their 180 partners to reach their Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program project goals and successfully equip their partners in the value-based payment (VBP) model.
