Stratus Technologies provides continuous availability solutions for customers who support crucial systems such as emergency services, credit card and ATM networks, and call centers. The company takes a great deal of pride in its ability to keep these missioncritical information systems up and running, yet, until recently, its own internal contract management processes were being strangled by a manual procedure that hindered efficiency, sales performance, and sometimes revenue.
