New York City. It has been labeled as "a beacon of hope" in countless descriptions for more than a century and viewed as the land of opportunity by many of the world's most successful entrepreneurs. As this thriving city developed into the cornerstone of the world financial market, the byproducts of its growth and success created something else — a document storage nightmare. Skyscrapers full of bustling offices were producing endless mountains of paper, and finding places to store it all inside the concrete jungle was both challenging and expensive. Hats off to Cliff Melberger, an entrepreneur himself, who recognized this opportunity and launched Diversified Records in 1982.
